	Help your customers navigate to your sites using a wide range of vehicle navigation systems. Most navigation systems support the ability to add custom Points of Interest POI files to a satnav device. File formats vary by manufacturer and Caversham Telecom supports the ability to generate files suitable for a range of satnav devices including Tomtom, Garmin and Navman. We can also create Nokia Landmarks files for Nokia GPS phones with Nokia Maps. Some satnav systems allow additional text to be associated with each site which we generate in accordance with your instructions.
	The sequence of operation is as follows:- You provide us with data on your sites in a variety of formats including text files, spread sheets or databases. We generate POI files in a range of formats suitable for each device. The files are made available for download from web pages either hosted by you or web pages hosted by us with links from your web site - in the latter option we take responsibility for updating the web page. Users download the appropriate file or files to their PC and then use PC applications supplied by their Satnav vendor to transfer them to their satnav device using a USB cable which is often supplied with the satnav device.. Once installed on the satnav device, users can find your sites near their current location, select one and then use the full capabilities of their device to navigate to it.
