	n order to handle enquiries as quickly and efficiently as possible, Outlet Finder captures the Calling Line Identity (CLI) of the caller. This often enables it to immediately offer to find outlets near the location from which the call has been made. Not all callers will want to find an outlet near where they are calling from. For example, a caller may require a retail outlet near a location they plan to visit. The service therefore allows callers to nominate a completely different location by saying the name of a place such as "Reading" or "Caversham" Having established the desired location, Outlet Finder, determines the nearest outlets and presents the information in ascending order of distance starting with the nearest.
